Everything they tell will happen does. From when to expect the package and how to pick it up, to how to set it up (which was really easy). I was skeptical with they way the add shows on the intranet, but this camera works great and is easy to use :)

I searched dash cams on the internet for three weeks before I found security systems web page.I bought because they really out did ever other web site in describing their product. The life time warranty is another reason.

It had talked to Bill and he explained the product and answered all my questions. No pressure, just facts. Bill explained after inserting the disk it will be plug and play and it was exactly that.
The video is as clear as could be and I could not be happier with the purchase. Great company, great product.

I inquired if the unit could be hard wired and never heard back.

I'm still learning about the product but, from what I have seen so far, I am very pleased with it. Set at a high resolution, the footage is very crisp. The sound is clear and distinct on playback.

This is the 3rd camera I purchased and I am totally satisfied with the product and great service.

Its a nice product. It's hard wired it to my vehicle and it works automatically; very nice.
I wish it had 2 cameras; one forward and rear. Other than that, is great.

Dashcam works great. Video is crystal clear. Spent too much time reading reviews of other not so great products. Most of the complaints about other dash cams involved quality or warranty. I'm glad I purchased the Security Systems product!

Dash cam seems to work fine. Kind of small, which may make it hard for a cop to view it after an accident, If I ever needed to. And I don't see why the company didn't make the angle a full 120 instead of 119?! 119 degrees instead of the full 120 has kind of a negative psychological affect. Other cameras have 120 degree angles. The camera menu is easy to navigate, which makes it easy to change settings Which I appreciate! I have only looked at recorded footage once, but the picture seemed acceptable. Haven't viewed night time footage yet, so I can't say anything about that. Overall, it seems like a decent camera. It gives me peace of mind that no-one can ever accuse me of causing an accident that wasn't my fault. Much more expensive than others I've seen on tv.
