My dash camera lacks two of my wishes for a car cam. First I wish that it would accept a 64GB or 128GB SD micro card. Second I would like to GPS with map, location, speed in a program that runs in OS X. I like the FULL HD quality and the size of the unit.

If you are keeping your vehicle for some time and the 12v outlet you plug into is always live it pays to have it converted to operate off the ignition switch as suggested in the instructions. Not that costly and sure saves a lot of plug in,plug out "forgot to" problems. Had a 4yr old previous unit which is still running fine .

Being a highly skeptical online consumer regarding a company the offers a lifetime warranty, I was truly surprised on their professionalism, cordial manner and expeditious response processing my request for a replacement camera. The process was pretty simple and within a few days , I had a new dashboard camera . By no means , the camera is of a poor quality. My dash board camera had endured 3 full year of constant use and harsh weather . Over 75,000 miles of recording and under extremely hot and cold conditions. I'm totally please and satisfied with my dashboard camera and the service that Security Systems has provided. In a generation , that words means nothing , this company demonstrates that 'their word is their bond' in this case their lifetime policy holds true but , you must follow the company's instructions.

So far I am loving the dash cam, it has nice clean and clear pictures. Once I can get the time, I will send in a video, I'm a truck driver so it's kinda hard to get it quiet enough for me to be able to talk on it, but I will one day.

It shipped fast, easy set up directions and it is ALWAYS on in my truck. Thanks for a great product at a reasonable price.

dash cam is awesome, very pleased, really wanted to submit the video to receive the free key chain and haven't figured out how to do that yet since its not just hit and submit, I will figure it out, that was one of the reasons I ordered, so a little disappointed I cannot complete the transaction.

The Dash Cam is AWESOME! We are so pleased, enjoying every minute of it and knowing it is there is very comforting. Would love to submit the video to obtain the key chain but the process is a little confusing, not just hit and submit. The keychain was one of the reasons I ordered so a little disappointed the submission of the video isn't less complicated.

Fantastic support. If you call for anything, you talk directly to the company rep, probably the owner. Usable camera owner's manual. Great experience!

This was my 2nd dash cam that I purchased from Security Systems. The first one made a believer out of me and wanted another. I did a lot of shopping around, But came back here to make a purchase.

Besides working perfectly, this unit includes an instruction manual. Additionally, these folks include their own printed instructions in plain English, things you need to know that aren't articulated in the book! I just ordered a second unit for myself. (The first one is for the wife)
