The package containing the seatbelts was accidentally delivered to the wrong mailbox and was nearly a week late getting to me. Before I knew it was in a neighbors mailbox, I could only assume it was lost in transit so I called Seatbeltplus.com two different times for help locating it. The first time I called, I spoke to a gentleman who seemed annoyed by my call, was not helpful at all with his slightly snippy answers and promised to check into the matter and call me back that day. I never received a call back. When I called again two days later, I spoke to a very helpful man who answered all my questions. He also promised to call the post office to look into the lost package from the sender's end and call me back and - you guessed it - I never got the call back. As it turns out, the package was not lost but was mistakenly delivered to the wrong mailbox. Seatbelt plus.com DOES have a great, easy to navigate website with a fantastic selection of seatbelts and the international shipping is quick - although quite pricey ($30!) My only complaint is the poor customer service. It kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth when promised further help only to not get it. Twice.

Belts were back ordered from mfg. Month delay in getting order. Was updated by your rep and received as he promised. Not sure measure guide was correct. Had to order two sets of belts in order to get correct size. Once installed to determine wrong size, belts can't be returned.
