Laura was tired of carrying all of Scott’s gadgets in her bags and Scott’s traditional pockets couldn’t carry everything he needed...and a man purse was out of the question. Scott had a brilliant idea: he would create a modified fisherman’s vest but with extra pockets, enough to hold all of his essentials but still stylish enough to wear out around town.
Those were the humble beginnings of SCOTTeVEST. The company has now evolved into an international business, with a full line of men’s and women’s vests, jackets, pullovers, hoodies, shirts, dresses, underwear, pajamas and pants; all designed to strategically hold and organize your personal belongings so whatever you need is always on hand.

I bought three of these jackets. Two men sized and one women’s sized. Love the pockets. I bought the women’s sized for those times I didn’t want to go out looking so messy.
Why SCOTTeVEST?
I love the ideas of not having to overstuff my pockets or having to carry a bag due to “just one more thing”. I’ve even showed my jacket to a friend who eventually bought her own.

I love pockets. The convenience of multiple pockets takes having to carry a bag a thing of the past. Only problems now are remembering which pocket had what items and waiting for out of stock sizes to come back into stock, especially chambray shirts! I do wish they would come out with jeans.

The jacket was very flimsy and the hood was too short. I returned it. Also, your return shipping policy is bad.

The fact I had to pay to return a product is ridiculous. Also your shipping costs are too high. You give pocket points but customers can never use them if the item is on sale.

This jacket fit perfectly (I got a medium and am 5’6”, 135#, broader shoulders than average woman my size). There’s always somewhere to put anything and most items fit right where the picture on the jacket tells you to put them. It gets a little bulky if you load up but the jacket nicely spaces all the stuff out so it doesn’t drag in one area. Not too hot, great wind breaker. I wore it in southeast Alaska in July and was always comfortable. Didn’t get wet in a light drizzle but wouldn’t feel comfortable in rain showers especially with all the stuff in my pockets I wouldn’t want wet. Overall, very good buy and I would highly recommend!

I am excited to enjoy this jacket in the fall. We live in Southern NV in the winter so this will more than likely be my winter coat for hiking there. I bought a jacket for my husband for Father's Day. We love the quality of your clothes! And, since I often wear clothes without pockets, I love your pockets!

hard to use pocket points with promo code. The products are great. If I ever do have any issue it is absolutely easy to return or have the issue resolved. The only problem I ever have is using the pocket points and having them applied properly. Someone has to always intervene to make it work. This is a technical issue and not a product issue.

Love this jacket, chose a larger than needed size for all of my “toys”. Wore it for the first time at a grandchild’s bball game, It was cool and had a light rain. It was perfect!

I would like it more if the hood was removable. The way it is seems bulky and a little uncomfortable.

While I love the ScotteVest products, this is not a fav. It swings out on the bottom like a swing jacket, and the arms are flimsy. Also fits larger than sizing would expect. Keeping it for rainy days or winters when I'd layer sweaters, but not one I'll wear often unfortunately.
