Very easy to work with

We were totally satisfied with our re-finance experience. The Quicken team kept us informed of every step along the way. The closing date came about while we were out of state. Quicken set up the closing in that location without any problem. From start to finish the total time was under 30 days. We will certainly recommend Quicken to our friends and relatives that are looking for a mortgage or re-finance.

I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, because it all sounded too good to be true, but it never dropped. The entire experience was very quick and easy, didn't cost me a cent out of pocket, my interest rate was
Lowered and my monthly payment went down by $125/month. It was everything as advertised all the way!

From the initial phone call to signing the loan documents was so easy. The closing took place on the exact date we wanted. The whole experience was great. We were kept up to date every step of the way by going into our acct on line and reading the messages and pending information or documents. We would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone who is looking for a professional loan experience. Loved it and will certainly use them the next time we purchase a home.

Step by step walk through with a customer rep.Always explained the process any answered all questions we had IMMEDIATELY. Excellent service and great rate! We are senior citizens and were treated with respectable they helped us with issues that were confusing to us. CHECK QUICKEN LOANS FIRST!

Our experience was terrific. We were saved about $100 per month and went down to a 15 year mortgage from 23 left on our 30. Very professional and very customer service oriented. Looking forward to the next time we can work with them.

This is my 2nd time going through this process...compared tomy first experience with a different company, Quicken made this so convenient and easy. The website made it so easy to post needed documents, communicate, and provide uptodate info. I never had to be left on hold or worry about getting in touch with someone by closing time.
