I especially like how someone came to our house to complete the closing and also we changed our payment method after a while so we pay every two weeks and are saving money so I'm really happy overall with everything.

I was contacted my James from Quicken to adjust my mortgage so I could pay off two loans and pay my mortgage off one year earlier at the same time. Great service. I would recommend Quicken to all my friends and family.

I refinanced my home with Quicken Loans in 2013 and was told that after I was out of my bankruptcy for 1 year I could get a new mortgage for a different home. When I tried to do that they they refused to give me a mortgage.
I was really upset that they said one thing and then did the opposite.
My refinance with them went great and was done in 30 days from start to finish.
I wish they had been honest with me to begin with instead of getting my hopes up. I need to downsize and now I can't.

When they advertise that they are engineered to amaze, they said it right.The refinancing process with Quicken Loans was effortless on my part. Their system is so user friendly, their representatives were so responsive. I was totally impressed.

Was checking out mortgage rates one Sunday evening. Within seconds of clicking on the submit button we got a phone call from Quicken Loans. Within 20 minutes we had our application submitted and exactly 30 days from that fateful Sunday we closed our loan at a lower interest rate and shorter payoff time. Couldn't ask for much more. Quicken Loans should be called Quick and Easy.
