This product is okay for perhaps some deep tissue pressure to the areas around vertebrae, but it does not adjust the spine as I had hoped. Besides that, it may be a good tool to do some breathing on and relieve some tension in the back. I was specifically looking for something to adjust my back though.

I bought this for my husband because He has occasional back pain for a childhood accident. My husband tried it once and he hurt so badly He wanted to take it out to his shop and use the Jet saw to cut it in half. I decided to try it and see how it felt. I have never had back pain. I read the directions as did my husband and we used this exactly as per instructions. I injured my back. My MD who I have seen for many years prescribed physical therapy for six weeks.This product can be harmful. Ask Your physician for advice before using this product.

It should have a way to let you know that your vertebrae are actually in the right location/position. It is not as easy to just "feel" if you are properly centered.

I'm 29 and have been in a two serious car accidents and have chronic back pain. I recently did some unknown tweak to my back and I was in unbearable pain so I decided to get this. I use it in the morning when I wake up (set my snooze timer for another 10 min) and lay down on there and again before I go to bed. I am SHOCKED how well it works! It gets me through the day without the ibuprofen and when I get home I WANT to lay on it. If anything happened to this I would absolutely buy another one!
