I bought 4 of these tubes and sponge broke off easily on 1st few applications. (from Walmart website). I tried to return to Protherapy and they said NO. I was going to exchange the other 3 unopened tubes for the 32 oz. with pump. I found the 32 oz on Amazon $36 Bucks vs $48 here! Much cheaper! Recommend Amazon I shop a lot there, Great deals! Great service! Great return policy!

I use this bio freeze at PT, that is why I purchase two bottles for home. It feels like an ice pack is on my back and last about 3 hours. It is a great product and the menthol scent disappears after a short time.
