I struggled with planters fasciitis for 4 years before I discovered Barefoot Science. Nothing on the market compares to them. I've tried everything. Even custom insoles. I'm finally back to running. I don't know what I would do without these miracle workers. I love them!!!

Goes in all my fitness (training running) shoes and other flats as well. Have provided my feet the support and strength to reduce the severe plantar fasciitis i was literally crying from after work each day and when i woke in the morning. Has made life so much better! I have used the 7-step version for a couple of years in running shoes but starting to go through the inserts rather quickly and never get to the highest level so I tried the 6 step version. So far this one is just as good for my purpose which is to keep my flat feet healthy as I train for endurance events.

I know every foot is different but this is the best I've used and I've used many many over the years. It even feels better than the professional ones made by my podiatrist.|I have very flat feet and have plantar fascitis along with neuropathy. Pain in my feet has been a problem for decades. But these have been the best for me.
