Everything went quite smoothly. I didn’t see, or overlooked that I could pay with PayPal until the option was presented to me. This could possibly stop someone from ordering. When I filled in my name and address information early in the process, it stated something like, “If you’re paying by credit card, this should match the information on your credit card.” It was at that point that I wondered if I was going to be able to pay by PayPal, because I hadn’t remembered seeing anything about PayPal. For this reason, and the fact that I don’t know how your ‘follow up’ process will go and that when I responded ‘No’, it questioned my decision and suggested why I might want to reconsider, which is perfectly fine in and of itself, I just hope I don’t regret changing my response to ‘Yes’ for the follow up. I realize this rating is supposed to be about my overall shopping experience ‘so far’, but since the follow up question is on this same window, I can’t not consider it as I respond to the rating and add these comments. I do appreciate that you say my e-mail is safe and that it will only be used for order confirmation and customer care. I am also glad I did not ‘have’ to create an account and could check out as a guest. If the rest of this process goes well, then I would have no problem giving you a 5-star rating.

I received my order super fast! I have not used it yet but I'm excited to (not hear) the results

Website forms are terrible

The pillow is very nice. My only complaint is that I had to charge the remote after just one use/night.

Your website is not stable ... had to try 5 times. I created an account and then it was not recognized when I returned to check out.
