Everything went quite smoothly. I didn’t see, or overlooked that I could pay with PayPal until the option was presented to me. This could possibly stop someone from ordering. When I filled in my name and address information early in the process, it stated something like, “If you’re paying by credit card, this should match the information on your credit card.” It was at that point that I wondered if I was going to be able to pay by PayPal, because I hadn’t remembered seeing anything about PayPal. For this reason, and the fact that I don’t know how your ‘follow up’ process will go and that when I responded ‘No’, it questioned my decision and suggested why I might want to reconsider, which is perfectly fine in and of itself, I just hope I don’t regret changing my response to ‘Yes’ for the follow up. I realize this rating is supposed to be about my overall shopping experience ‘so far’, but since the follow up question is on this same window, I can’t not consider it as I respond to the rating and add these comments. I do appreciate that you say my e-mail is safe and that it will only be used for order confirmation and customer care. I am also glad I did not ‘have’ to create an account and could check out as a guest. If the rest of this process goes well, then I would have no problem giving you a 5-star rating.

Having difficulty with website. Tried to create an account and could not login to purchase. Could not figure out how to get to the cart. Ended up ordering as a guest. It looks like a hacked website that needs professional help if you want to really sell your stuff.

Making the "How do I hear about you" field required is OBNOXIOUS! I clicked submit order twice and nothing happened until I finally realized I had to fill that out (no error message either!) I was just about to close the browser out. I intentionally put "other" because if I don't feel like answering that question, I shouldn't be forced to just because your marketing department wants that info.
