Used this mattress protector when our nephew was over and he had an accident. This product provided no protection at all. Mattress was saturated with urine.

We've purchased the Tencel for the master, and got a few cotton terry ones for the guest room. Work great, undetectable under the fitted sheet, and the mattress is spotless!

Product claims to have 10 year warranty but read fine print that is only on the first protector. When you have get another one because it tears or wrips because they will even following washing directions. There is no warranty on the 2nd protector. You would think it would fall under the initial 10 year warranty nope sure won't. We had gotten 3 and was never told this until now when we try to replace it now it's a problem. Will not replace now. So don't waste your money on this product warranty only covers first protector and they only last year or 2. READ WARRANTY CAREFULLY!!!!!!!

The Mattress Protector came with the bed package that we purchased, The Terry cloth top, can be felt it under the sheet, it feels like sleeping on an old towel. The Waterproof sheeting even with 4 large towel in washer kept knocking the washer of balance. So I can not wash it again in my machine.

I purchased this protector with my new Tempurpedic mattress 10 years ago. It has done its job in protecting my mattress well from 2 adults, 3 kids and 4 dogs! The protector itself has stained but not the mattress. The washing instructions say no bleach so its been tough keeping it stain free. And now after 10 years the underside waterproof material is starting to blister. The warranty states up to 200 washes which we come no where near close. But 10 years is a fantastic product for $99! I will definetly buy a new one.

I got this mattress protector as part of a "package" when buying a new Tempurpedic bed and it was recommended by the salesperson. It doesn't fit well on my queen-size bed and is so sloppy it causes wrinkles in the fitted sheet. It is impossible to get it to lay flat or tuck in and I'm tired of fighting with it. I'm not worried about protection from liquids or pets so I will shop elsewhere for a product that will actually fit.

They do not stand behind their product. They will find the littlest thing to void the warranty claim. Won't even warranty the brand new replacement that they shipped when it failed only days after using it out of the package.

I paid almost 200 for this protect a bed it was defective now they are giving me the run around. They also have the worst customer service!!!!

I've seen many a Mattress cover and this simple but effective product is perfect I purchased the terry top cover and it is really comfortable. It is more like a fleece style feel and yet very discreet. Washes like a dream and keeps its shape, no having to pull it or coax it onto the bed after a wash. Love it... I thought I'd prefer the plusher one; but this one it perfect!
