Outstanding! The sale person was exceptional! She checked my file and realized that my file wasn't good enough, so she put it on hold on her end! Then she checked my file with their graphic department and went over the details. I've received the rolled up standard printout and I'm very happy with the quality and the product.

Unfortunately, I tried many times to checkout after creating my design, but it always "hung," displaying the Vispronet and boxes over and over. Got friendly assistance from Live Chat, but it was frustrating.
