My daughter has want on of these for about 6 years so we finally got one. I can barely keep her off of it. She loves it. Unlike the other trampolines these last very very long. Very bouncy

Very bouncy, safe trampoline. I do not suggest trying to put this thing together alone. It could be the next best workout machine. Left me sore for days. The quality is far better than others I have seen. I suggest this trampoline to anyone who is worried about keeping their kids and the neighbors kids as safe as possible.

Over the years we have purchased a new trampoline about every 3-4 years. Mostly because they begin to disintegrate or fall apart and replacing the mat or enclosure was about the same cost as a brand new one. We'd purchase them from local retailers like Toys R Us or Sams Club. After spending over $1500 in low grade trampolines over the years we finally began to research the web for a higher quality one. After finding the Springfree Trampoline online we found a distributor called Tree Frogs & took our daughters to their location to try them out. Everything about them is better than your traditional spring trampoline. Higher jump, easier on your legs, safer, better quality frame & mat, but... best of all the enclosure is high quality and smaller weave. We ended up purchasing a 13X13 square trampoline for our 2 teenage daughters and my husband & I put it together. It took about 4 hours and the online videos helped a lot. It has been over 3 months ago that we bought it and our daughters & their friends jump all the time and LOVE it! I know they cost a lot more than most trampolines do but it is worth the money to buy this one right from the start. We just wish we would have do it sooner & not wasted money buying the cheap ones that only last a few years.

We put it together as a family, and use it the same (1 at a time, of course). Assembly was fun, manageable and rewarding. One problem with 'basketball' was fixed promptly. Good business and great product.

As everyone else discovered, reading the instructions and good body mechanics are key to a successful assembly process. I frequently jump with my son since he's an only child. Compared to our previous trampoline, the Springfree trampoline isn't near as "jarring." It kind of reminds me of jumping on the bed when I was a child. With the higher price, you have to look at it as an investment. But considering the the quality of the trampoline, you'll be glad you made the investment, especially when you look around at the condition of so many other trampolines after only a few seasons of jumping!

We have 2 children ages 6 and 11. They have been begging for a Springfree Trampoline since jumping on their friends all winter. We just got ours and it is amazing! The staff in Issaquah was so very helpful and kind. The set up took less than an hour and we were jumping! They love to go out and jump before school and bring friends over after school. It has become the place to be on the block. We are so excited for the summer!

I have 4 boys, 16,14,6, and 3. They, along with their friends think it's the best thing since sliced bread. I can't keep the two younger boys off of it. Very bouncy and most important, very safe!!! Little tough to put together but well worth the effort. The basketball goal gets 5 stars as well. I would definitely recommend this trampoline if your looking for safe and healthy family fun for everyone.

Installed by Backyard Factory in Danville, CA. The installer got her up in less than 2 hours. This equipment is solid. Great bounce! The hoop is a must have accessory! Best surprise gift for the kids during our backyard remodel!

My children cannot wait to get outside and bounce on the trampoline. My gamer is even out there laughing and having a great time. They wear themselves out jumping, roll out to let the next child in and by the time they are ready to jump again the other child is needing a break. They realize that they all get plenty of time on the trampoline individually and are ready for a break after a few minutes. I love it.

After researching trampolines for a while a friend suggested Springfree. We purchased the Jumbo Square. We were so impressed with the measures they took for safety and durability. My daughter has been cheerleading competitively for 6 years and she is on the trampoline every free moment she has. It has really helped her with her body positioning, tumbling and jumps all while she is safe and secure. My husband even loves it although his jumps are not as pretty =) Would highly recommend Springfree to anyone looking for safety while having a blast..

Directions for setting up the warranty were ridiculous. I spent about 1/2 hour looking for the form on your web site. Never found it. I emailed you and asked for a link. Thank you, I received it. Then I again tried to find it from your website just to prove to myself that it was there. No. I never found a way to get to the warranty registration on your home page. Then the directions for finding the "correct" serial numbers were ridiculous. Happy with the trampoline---which we better be since the price has MORE THAN DOUBLED since we bought one 5 years ago, but not too happy with the web designer. My feeling is you don't want people to register their warranty.

Springfree trampolines are some of the safest trampolines I've had the privilege to jump upon. Unlike conventional trampolines where metal support beams are a very possible safety hazard, Springfree trampolines completely remove the risk of slamming into supporting beams. Along with the wide safety net, the Springfree trampolines are designed with safety and fun in mind!

This trampoline a little amount of space and provides so many great memories and fun. This was a amazing purchase and was totally worth it.. It is a great trampoline for athletic families. It is a great quality trampoline. We have had it for over 2 years and feels as great and enjoyable as when we purchased it. WE LOVE THIS TRAMPOLINE!!!!!!!
