PeptoPro is a unique product consisting of pre-digested protein, so it absorbs into the body very quickly. Some people us it as a pre-workout, but I find I get more out of it post-workout. I use it Immediately after workouts to speed up recovery and to increase the amount of protein my body can effectively absorb after lifting. I just turned 50, and it really helps me continue to lift heavy and often without extended downtime for recovery. My recovery suffers drastically, if I forget to re-order, and I don’t have it in my post-workout shake.

One of the only casein products I have found that is truly grass-fed and uses A2 cows from France. The debate is still unsettled about A1 vs A2 caseiin but I'm erring on the side of caution by using A2 when possible. The taste is very milk-like as expected, but is easy to shake mix. I chug a scoop before going to bed to help prevent protein catabolism overnight.
