Couldn't be happier,I have 6 units in my house, in lieu of a whole house system, being able to set timers and turn on and off is what I have wanted for years, I have had mine in for over 3 months now and have almost perfect success with them. Sometimes I will turn off a unit from my phone and a far off unit may take a few min to turn off, but that literally the only issue. OH the LED flashes randomly and you can see it at night, so the one over my TV is constantly flashing when I use the IR remote. Minor issue and could easily cover the LED with tape under the cover panel.

I spent allot of time researching other manufactures since I was installing two systems and I found that Pioneer gives the best value overall and all of the items for installation. The instructions that come with the units are clear and well written. All electrical connections and line set fittings are well made.Had no problem installing this condenser on a 16 inch high outdoor stand. The freight company that delivered the units is excellent as well. Great communication. This condenser runs very quiet and performs well when matched to two 9000 btu indoor units to one 9000 btu and one 12000 btu indoor units. Great products!

This Pioneer indoor 12,000BTU unit is incredibly quiet and puts out tremendous cooling and heating. I researched many different manufactures and I was glad that I went with Pioneer. They supply everything that you need and the instructions are well written. The line sets are also well made. I installed two of these indoor units on interior walls and the line sets fit easily through drilled holes in wood framing. Been running unit since August 2018 and the cooling was great. Used the Dry Mode on humid days and that worked great. Just started using the Heat Mode and I was pleasantly surprised how much heat the unit puts out. I know that as the outdoor temps get lower here in central NJ, the unit may not produce as much heat as it does now with the outdoor temps at mid 40's, but that remains to been seen. I turned the temp up to 80 degrees and the heat output increased dramatically. I would recommend to follow the instructions for installation and you can't go wrong.
