I have used other Walkin' Pet products and have been very happy shopping with Walkin' Pets. My dog has a rear wheelchair, but needs to move up to the next height med/large. The wheelchair has given her back her life. She is up and running around, and walking around the neighborhood. I have been very happy with Walkin' Pets.

Product is ok, fit could be better. Also some items not is box, but they were not essential to the cart.

Great product. Inept user had difficulties with construction and set-up. After some useful tips from the Walkin Wheels team, corrections were made. It's taken a few days with more modifications on the way, but my dog seems to have taken to it pretty well

So many options to adjust and well made! Assembly is easy. We purchased this for our dog who occasionally becomes paraplegic due to a spine issue. We wanted to invest in something to give her more freedom during the healing process or if it becomes permanent. The product is durable and comfy. She loves it. Customer service is also fantastic here!

It’s truly a life saver my dog has not been able to walk on his own for nearly five months now he’s only been able to get around with someone helping hold him with a belly sling now he’s back to going on small walks and we’re hoping to build that back up to miles again

I have not gotten my dog into the wheelchair yet, he is afraid of new things. But..I have gotten him in the harness and semi-hooked up. So far, so good! It was easy to put together. The videos helped a lot. I really look forward to using it a lot for my dog who is paralyzed in the back legs.

The instruction booklet was not easy to follow at all. My friend and I finally got it put together, but it was not easy. We had to watch a youtube video which was extremely helpful. Also - i am not confident I can get my dog in on my own - i am nervous to try since he is already in pain with his condition.

The experience has been great and the chair seems to be of good quality - but the instructions were terrible and I don't think I can get my dog in easily on my own. Which means he only gets to go for adventures every other week when my girls are home so I have help.

Not sure about the Walkin Wheels for my pet. She struggles with the stirrups and refuses to use the unit. Considering return.

My pet struggled with the unit, the stirrups in particular. Once in the Walkin Wheels she refused to move. She is losing control of her rear legs but still has some function so she would try to get out of the stirrups and then when we tried to get her to come she'd stall. Her legs would drag floor surface and she'd refuse to move. Consulted her veterinarian and was encouraged to try a sling instead of wheelchair. Veterinarian suggests that exercise is more beneficial than not using her rear legs.
