We just purchased the jumbo square trampoline for our kids and so far we find it was well worth the money. Well made and very safe - kids love it!

A true sign of a great product and company is what happens when you need after sales service and support. We have been thrilled with our tramp since day one but last year required replacing some of the rod sleeves that had become cracked exposing the flex rods. I called up Springfree and received very courteous first class service and prompt replacement parts. While I was replacing the sleeves I noticed that some of the c-clips were brittle and breaking and required replacement in order to keep the tramp safe. Once again I contacted SF and received an email back the next day that the parts are on the way. These tramps are not cheap but worth every penny. I have friends that have purchased other brands and end up throwing them out in two years. I power washed mine and replaced the sleeves and it looks showroom new again. My only criticism is that ours is an older model and I see now on the website that the new ones are higher off the ground. I wish ours was. As my kids have gotten older and heaver they can bottom out and that does concern me. A friend of mine that owns the same one actually dug a pit under his to prevent his kids from injury. I may have to do the same or consider replacing the parts on the frame if that is possible. My thanks to Shannon and the folks at Springfree for the great support!!

My cousin has a trampoline at her house and I sleep there everyday. She has the oval trampoline and my uncle (130 pounds) he fell and the net still carried him! Once I was jumping by myself and I relized that my whole body even my feet was higher than my head! Then I wasn't paying attention, I bum dropped onto the Yellow line and it didn't hurt. So you should buy the SPRINGFREE TRAMPOLINES!!!!!

AMAZING!! I was one of those mothers who would NEVER let her kids have a trampoline due to the rate of injury...I meet the fabulolus folks at Springfree, saw the design, with the hidden frame, soft edges, the composite rods and the flexinet and was sold! I now have one in my backyard. Pssst- I even go on it but don't tell anyone!P.S. Like any type of sport you still need to be careful and play responsibility!

We've used Spring Free Trampolines for a number of years and they are a great product at our Camp. Kids love it and it is safe. The net and fact that the surface extends right to the net line, make this product the safest Trampoline I have ever used.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has an interest in the activity as SpringFree is a superior product.

We had never really considered a trampoline for our children until we spent time with friends who have a Springfree. Our 3 year old daughter Lauren spent every moment she could on it. This is significant. Lauren was born with a genetic condition which includes, among other complications, low muscle tone (hypotonia) and hyperextensible joints. This means Lauren's body has to work extra hard to accomplish things most of us take for granted, - things like sitting upright for a long time or running with her friends. The only solution is to build her endurance.Lauren's physiotherapist confirmed that a trampoline would be ideal. To build her endurance, she needs to do a "task" until she is fatigued, rest for 5 to 10 minutes then do the task again. With a Springfree trampoline, getting her to get back in to bounce some more takes very little instigating on our part. With how much work goes into keeping Lauren going, (and having been through a broken tibia with our 5 year old son) we were not going to take any chances with another style of trampoline. It was Springfree or nothing! We couldn't be any happier with our choice - the kids are happy and active which makes us happy. And for a world where exceptional customer service is pretty well non-existent, my faith was restored by Megan. For anyone who is skeptical, call Springfree, send them an email, talk to Megan and your faith will be restored. Not everyone is out for themselves. Megan made our experiences well worth remembering.Springfree trampolines are an exceptional product, with equally exceptional workmanship and truly amazing staff. It's rare that you actually get a prompt email or voicemail response these days with everyone being so swamped. But Maureen at Springfree blew me away! She was there for us before and after our purchase with advice and info. Also when we had a botched assembly (by a 3rd party installer) she dispatched her warehouse guys to help us fix it and sent a link to a great installation video as well as a doc with all kinds of helpful tips. This is a great company to buy from, our experience has been phenominal and we love our oval tramp. Super fun!

We picked up the large oval Springfree trampoline from Canadian Tire when it was on sale. It took us exactly 90 minutes and that was with having to keep our 3.5 year old busy (he was trying to "help" ;-D). We watched the installation video on this website (highly recommended) and for the most part all went very smoothly. This thing is F-U-N. It's also great exercise for the whole family. We'll enjoy many years with this product. Don't settle for less just to save a few bucks. The safety and build quality of these trampolines are without equal.

Hello,Today I received without question one of the best examples of customer service I have ever experienced. My two sons and many others have very much enjoyed your fine product since we set it up last summer but we ran into a problem with one of the enclosure rods as well as the plastic sleeves that cover all the rods. A very kind, professional and most of all helpful lady named Maureen listened to my case and immediately set her sights on resolving the problem and making my after sales service experience painless and leaving me even more convinced of my choice to buy a Springfree trampoline. She obviously likes her job and stands behind the product. I've worked in the musical instrument business for over 25 years and have witnessed the good, bad and the ugly of customer service I just wanted to express my sincerest thanks!!Roc

I purchased the O-92 Large Oval Springfree trampoline from Canadian Tire. I was amazed at the quality and engineering that went into this product. It took a couple of hours to put together pretty much by myself, (my wife helped with affixing the flexinet enclosure), and it went together very smoothly. The last few rods were a little difficult, but managable. Once complete, my two boys went nuts on this and thankfully both my wife and I knew that they could jump to their hearts content and they would be safe. I am around 200 lbs and jumped back into the flexinet enclosure and was amazed at how it contained me and just seemed to toss me back into the trampoline. We have had this trampoline now for over a month and there has been no slowing in our boys excitement and thrill to use it. If you are concerned for your kids safety, but still want to provide years of exercise and fun, I would highly recommend this product.

We purchased the 092 oval model from Canadian Tire. I also completed a review on the website this morning as well. One of the points I made in the review was that everyone should take the 15 minutes to review the video before beginning the install. I also made the suggestion of either having a Instructional DVD or leaflet with the web link to the video in the trampoline packaging. One thing I did notice from the online video that might be of interest is the fact that the design of the curved pieces have changed from what they represent in the video and the proper placement is now identified by matching up the coloured dots. I originally missed this but picked up on it before tightening everything up. I read many reviews about the product, both on your website as well as Canadian Tires’. It is my opinion that many of the problems people mentioned i.e. Rods hard to insert, could have been avoided if they had seen the video and watched a demonstration as to how to use your body weight when installing the rods or some of the other traps to watch out for. It is my opinion that the video helped the install go much quicker. Plus watching it together with my wife gave us to sets of eyes and ears to focus on the key points to watch for during assembly
