We recently purchased the JUMBO due to the fact the old one was falling apart. We have an avid user whom is an active gymnast and dancer. Our daughter wanted something larger and safer to use...though an expensive purchase, we are pleased with the quality of design... We see the value and likely will recoup some of the cost if we decide to sell it in a few years...this is by far the best trampoline on the market. Set up was somewhat smooth but does require patience and strength to assemble. Connecting 80 or so rods into mat connector was difficult at best. Thanks for the workout..... it took approximately 3 hours to assemble. Essentially, we love it wishing we bought one a few years ago....

I am really pleased with the purchase of this trampoline! My kids love, love, love it! They are always in it! What a great addition to our backyard! It also keeps the kids moving and doing physical activities instead of watching tv! Just love it and very safe.

We bought ours two days ago. I am really really really surprised with the level of effort required to install the mat on white rods. I am still struggling with this. I will give it one more try and if this doesn't work I am returning it.

I was not keen on getting a trampoline becasue you hear about all of the injuries but after hearing about this product I decided to try it and so far it's been great.

After years of apprehension due to safety concerns, I finally got my wife to have a comfort level with the innovative safety design of the Springfree Trampoline. The kids abosolutely love it and look for any excuse to be on it. It's a great feeling knowing that they are getting exercise, having fun and are safe as opposed to tapping away on an elctronic device. Thank you to Springfree for a great product!

My sister-in-laws family has one for a few years...so I was well aware of the Springfree brand. Our backyard is not huge, so I was always leary about taking up precious room with a bulky trampoline. The o77 fits perfect...it does not take up the backyard and our 6 year old has a smile from ear to ear!

This is one awesome trampoline! Trick to install though - pull the white rods from underneath the matt, and have someone from the top click them into place. I (5'4" female, slight bulid) built this with the help of my 10 year old!

We are so happy with this trampoline. I started my search on Google search and I'm so glad I did. I found so much good information about the safety of the Springfree trampoline that I was quickly convinced that this was the safest choice. The price deterred me only a little - until I went to the warehouse and tried them out. This helped me understand what size I needed for my two boys aged 14 and 11 but also I was able to feel the stability and the incredible bounce and understand why they are safer. Assembly proved straightforward enough with two people (although the instructions are a little unclear around the positioning of the net during assembly) and the step-by-step videos absolutely helped when we got a little stuck. The most difficult and time-consuming part was the installation of the white rods under the mat - we needed three of us to get many of them in - two people pulling the mat and one bending the rod into the catch. Once about half were in, the task was a little easier. In total, from unloading the boxes from the car, assembly took about 4 hours. Springfree offers a delivery and assembly service and we did try to get that but we wanted the trampoline in place for a surprise so we assembled it ourselves - I'd go for the assembly service next time. One note - the instructions don't seem to call for tightening with the tools enclosed but instead to hand-tighten. We found that it was best to use the wrench to tighten up the bolts once everything was assembled. Bottom line - I feel very sure of the safety of my children on the trampoline and in the 3 days it has been in use, we've already received our money's worth. Think of it this way - even if you only use it for 3 years, it costs less than a cup of coffee a day.

Just bought this Trampoline over the weekend to set it up for our daughter's birthday. She is 4 and we have a 22 month old and a 3 month old. Set up wasn't too bad, took about 5 hours with just 1 person but needed 2 persons when it came to installing the rods in place with the mat. Needed some strenght aswell! One of the mat rod plastic holder broke and snapped so it needed to be replace. Called customer service the next morning and left a message, they called me back within two hours and representative was really nice, helpfull, didnt give us a hard time and we're suppose to get the part shipped to us no problem and some extra ones to just in case. It is not knowned to break but can happens sometimes. Overall we are very pleased with our Trampoline, the kids just love it and i'm sure we'll get many years of use with it. Its superior quality doesn't compare with other trampolines. I have jump in it and the bounce is just as good as other trampolines with spring. I feel at least real good knowing that my kids can jump in it while being safe!

A true sign of a great product and company is what happens when you need after sales service and support. We have been thrilled with our tramp since day one but last year required replacing some of the rod sleeves that had become cracked exposing the flex rods. I called up Springfree and received very courteous first class service and prompt replacement parts. While I was replacing the sleeves I noticed that some of the c-clips were brittle and breaking and required replacement in order to keep the tramp safe. Once again I contacted SF and received an email back the next day that the parts are on the way. These tramps are not cheap but worth every penny. I have friends that have purchased other brands and end up throwing them out in two years. I power washed mine and replaced the sleeves and it looks showroom new again. My only criticism is that ours is an older model and I see now on the website that the new ones are higher off the ground. I wish ours was. As my kids have gotten older and heaver they can bottom out and that does concern me. A friend of mine that owns the same one actually dug a pit under his to prevent his kids from injury. I may have to do the same or consider replacing the parts on the frame if that is possible. My thanks to Shannon and the folks at Springfree for the great support!!

It's rare that you actually get a prompt email or voicemail response these days with everyone being so swamped. But Maureen at Springfree blew me away! She was there for us before and after our purchase with advice and info. Also when we had a botched assembly (by a 3rd party installer) she dispatched her warehouse guys to help us fix it and sent a link to a great installation video as well as a doc with all kinds of helpful tips. This is a great company to buy from, our experience has been phenominal and we love our oval tramp. Super fun!

Hello,Today I received without question one of the best examples of customer service I have ever experienced. My two sons and many others have very much enjoyed your fine product since we set it up last summer but we ran into a problem with one of the enclosure rods as well as the plastic sleeves that cover all the rods. A very kind, professional and most of all helpful lady named Maureen listened to my case and immediately set her sights on resolving the problem and making my after sales service experience painless and leaving me even more convinced of my choice to buy a Springfree trampoline. She obviously likes her job and stands behind the product. I've worked in the musical instrument business for over 25 years and have witnessed the good, bad and the ugly of customer service I just wanted to express my sincerest thanks!!Roc

Verified Reviews are real, authentic reviews collected from actual paying customers, using Shopper Approved's Verified Review Platform. When reviews are Verified by Shopper Approved, you know that you can trust them to make better buying decisions.
Unverified Reviews on the other hand, are reviews collected by Open Review platforms that allow anyone to leave a review, without any validation or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, most reviews you read online are Unverified Reviews, and can't be trusted.
As a consumer, here's how you can tell the difference:
Verified Reviews from Verified Review Platforms like Shopper Approved, have much higher review counts and higher overall Star ratings, because they attempt to collect reviews from every single paying customer.
Unverified Reviews from Open Review Platforms, tend to have much lower review counts and more negative Star ratings, because people with bad experiences are primarily those who leave reviews. This often creates a misleading, inaccurate portrayal of a companies true reputation.
So, when searching for Verified Reviews, look for the name you know you can trust. Shopper Approved.
