Your web page was easy to create my custom big head. You sent me a proof and I decided I wanted to use a different photo and that was no problem!!!!!! Shipping was fast and packaged so my big head would not get damaged!!!!

Very good. I had trouble viewing my proof so I emailed Fat Head and they quickly sent me an email with my proof attached. I was allowed to change the photo I wanted to use - no hassle ! Shipping was fast and packaging was great so my fat head did not get damaged in shipping!!

My head was not the picture of my 11 year old blonde haired son but that of a black adult male Wrong picture! after talking it up for a week our expectations were high and he was crushed when he didn't have it for his even,t and all the other kids on the team had one.

The product is great however they had holiday sales that came out before my product even shipped. I was told they were unable to apply any of those discounts to my order. I would have to cancel and pay shipping back to them then reorder. The product was also on their daily deal for 40% off yesterday. Every other company will just credit you the discount that’s active or let you use a discount code towards another purchase (which I asked about and said they don’t do that either)

Oh my gosh this order turned out better than I could have expected! My big headed cousin won’t be joining us for Christmas this year so having a foam cutout of his head is an amazing replacement. The fam is gonna laugh as much as I did when I opened the box. Thanks Fathead!

The product is ok, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE. They like to bait and switch with 15% then tell you they don't see the item going and lower anytime soon, and then within 2 days, 40% off, really? Then not helping out their customers to give them the best deal. I highly NOT recommend EVER buying from FatHead because their Customer Service is terrible and they will not stand behind their pricing.

Again, awful customer service. They have a deal, I ask them upfront are they going to have a sale on the same item within the next week. Answer from them: NO. I purchased the item and then 2 days later, 40%. Customer service department would NOT honor the HUGE difference in price and refund me $8.00. Terrible, absolutely awful. Will NOT do business with them again.

I already took this and wrote how unsatisfied I was and still waiting for a response on my refund after I supplied the asked for pictures of the problems. I hope this gets resolved soon because I have never been so disappointed in an online purchase and it’s bad enough that I am stuck with the hefty shipping cost for a substandard product. Please refer to all my other emails and process my full refund

Caution with black and white photos: While the proof showed a very contrasting black and white, the actual product came out black, and what seemed to have been a bleeding/blending into the white, making it a dull brown. It was taken in artificial light. The previous custom fathead I had done was better. It was with my other dog (tan/white) and was taken in natural light.

With my order, I requested a digital proof. That was not emailed when promised. So I called Customer Support which had to then email the proof but was unable to take my approval and said I would have to wait for their email to reply to approve. Finally received the proof email but the image would not load for review but I approved anyway to push the process forward. Then at the timeframe when I expected to receive my order, I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation email so I again called Customer Service. The rep said systems were down and she couldn't check on my order status. So currently waiting for my order which was to have arrived by now.
