I called for an appointment on a Friday evening for a Sat time due to my work schedule. The rep called and let me know when he would be arriving. He listened to my explanation of the problem ( remotes not working even after battery replacement; door not closing unless button held down; very loud opening/closing)
examined the concerns, asked questions and made his recommendations. He was very efficient, professional and even encouraged me to watch as he worked! He showed me things I can do to keep the door and sensors working smoothly. I will not hesitate to call Precision for any new concerns or for future upgrades.

Technician explained why the light was flashing, noticed broken hinge and replaced same. Unfortunately, we did not test the exterior key pad. Called later in afternoon and Tech will arrive between 10 and noon.

The garage door would not open. They sent someone out that day. The tracks had become nonaligned. Not only did he fix the original problem but he also oiled hinges that were squeaking. I am grateful the problem was fixed so quickly.

The Garage door repair person arrived and was very personable. Introduced himself. We then proceeded to the garage for him to inspect the problem. He then let me know what my options were. After choosing which option to go with, he then got started. He was able to complete the task in about an hour I believe. Showed me what he had done. I payed him and he was on his way.

most important we called Friday night for next day service and Precision responded and was here next day; work was first rate; door operates like new. Brad was businesslike, knowledgeable and personable.

Brad was very professional and evaluated the problem right away. He did all the required work quickly and efficiently. Parts are exceptional quality. He also lubricated the moving parts. Our garage door works much better than before. Very pleased. Good job!!
