The 'region' only seems to include states of the US, although the domain is '.uk'. Why can't I select Devon?

I am slightly disappointed with the artificial grass, it is smaller then actual potty area its about 2/3cm smaller then the actual area all around it. This means there is a large gap so the grass is not plush to the edge which for a product that cost over £180 I am slightly disappointed.

I had no way to ship to New Zealand - not even via the Australian site so I had to sign up for a postal forwarding service from America. We have all the same shipping companies that Australia and US have here so I don't understand why the Australian store wouldn't ship to us here.
I can't recommend your product to anyone here if there is no way for them to purchase it.

Unfortunately, what might make perfect sense to you as an individual isn't always the case for a business. No carrier will ship out of AU the Porch Potty because of its dimensional weight. The length, width, and weight are all above the maximums that anyone will ship out of country. However, in the USA we can ship that size out to you. Not our rules but the rules we all are bound by. We do appreciate you being a Porch Potty customer and your feedback!
