everything arrived OK,but the items were split up during shipment. I had it shipped to my company and even though I typed in my company name on the ship to address it was not printed out on the label which causes a delay.

In checkout you state "please select free shipping in the continental us" but it did not have an option on the drop down menu for free shipping. I had to pay 25.00 for 3-5 day shipping.

Well I have two complaints actually: 1-NO COUPONS... PFFT! And 2-your ad that says "buy one bottle of (whatever that cleaner stuff is called) gets 1 free does not show up in the cart as being "a thing". So...I will need to check to be sure I was given a second bottle since it was not verified that I would at checkout. Other than those two IMPORTANT things, you would've gotten an A+ from me! Love your stuff! (I think--new customer heh heh)
