The bed is very good quality and very supportive. We got the medium-firm because firm or medium is not recommended as that is not the best for your back. It has been determined that the medium-firm mattress is better for proper body alignment than any other type of. My only complaint, the plush luxury sheet set that came with this is not made of organic material. It's microfiber which is not something you want next to your skin. I would assume that if someone is going out of their way to buy an organic mattress with organic cotton cover, that Plush beds could understand that it's kind of insulting to send non-organic natural fiber bed sheets. Now I have to see if I can sell the sheets as I will not be using them. And I had to pay to get organic cotton sheets from another company. The sheets are a very big disappointment. Also our first shipment did not include the sheets or the metal bed frame we ordered, and it did not say anything about it being back ordered. So I had to call and get those sent out ASAP, but I am giving 5 stars because customer service was easy to work with and helpful in getting the back ordered items to us in a week. We were not very happy with the orthopedic foundation, I will review that separately.

I ordered the 3inch cool bliss topper because I have severe back pain (due to an injury) and am very happy with the topper, I was afraid if would make me hot and sweaty during the night but it hasn't. My husband and I both feel the difference in our joints after using this topper. Our hip pain is gone and my shoulder pain is better! My back pain will always be an issue, but I do feel a slight difference in my back, I really appreciate how easy this topper was to set up. I like that it is not shrink wrapped and there is no smell with the topper either! Overall very satisfied.

Cover is as soft as the topper itself.

My husband and I are very happy with this purchase! There truly were no odors even upon unpacking this mattress! It's been about a month and our bodies are adjusting to the healthy sleeping positions quite well. The mattress is a bit firmer than we anticipated (which is one reason for 4 stars.) Customer service was pretty good. After about a month from ordering, the bed still hadn't been delivered, so we contacted customer service and they resolved the issue with a supplier. Just FYI-There was also an issue with not being able to deliver to our house on a dead end road. Bed gets delivered on a regular semi. We are overall very happy with our latex bed!

Wanted a smaller one but...

I've been blaming my back and joint pain on having 4 children. I would get up in the morning to get them off to school and would feel like I was sixty years old, Im only 41, really stiff and very sore feeling. By the 5th night on the 3-inch latex topper, the pain had almost disappeared completely. I am unable to explain how much this latex topper from your company has changed my life after a few days. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Mattres arrived today 5/11/11. This is better then we expected. Now our company will be much more comfortable.

I was hesitant about making an online purchase, but felt good about the return policy. I want you to know we are delighted with our purchase. We didn't realize how much difference real natural latex could make. The customer service department was great to work with, too. They delivered our mattress exactly when they promised and there were no surprises.

I am very pleased with this mattress. Delivery was on time and the set up was easy. The mattress is very comfortable and it gives great relief on my pressure points.

I have 2 beds in my guest room which are older and my guests often mention that they are too firm. I decided to buy 2 toppers to soften them up. This memory foam topper certainly did the trick. It has a very soft feel. Very comfortable. It made the bed feel more soft and much more comfortable.

It's only been a few days, so the jury's still out, but for the last 3 days I've never slept better. What's to find out is whether or not this product will hold up. Being as much as 3x more expensive than competitors this will be key. For now, all good!!

I don't look forward to a big purchase. I'm not the type that can buy the first thing I see. I have to take my time, do my research, do price comparisons, etc. I am happy to say the end result of this purchase was a good one. We are very pleased with the comfort, the pricing and ease of assembly.

We have only been sleeping on our mattress for about 5 days but both my wife and I have never been more confortable. Should have done this sooner. Latex all natural mattress is the way to go.
