'COST-QUALITY-GOOD PRESS'
I had a guest sleep over; once with the mattress that came with the sofa and once since I purchased this mattress. They were very complimentary of this mattress and said there was a noticeable difference.
I absolutely would recommend this product and within the next year we'll be looking at your products for a regular mattress!

'I really had to dig to know if you were a reputable company'
A lot of websites looked like they had good things going for them but after hours of research one night, I found that not be true. Stores in our area were selling latex mattresses for double and sometimes triple what your pricing was. It was delivered to our door and it took 2 seconds to put together. You just stick the mattress in the cover and zip it up.
This mattress is exactly what I thought it would be; it's not too stiff or too soft, and you can move around comfortably. There are two things we do the most in bed and this mattress is great for both! That is something I would want to know before purchasing.

'Usually with these types of mattresses there is a lot of fluffy talk'
However, this mattress has lived up to the expectation. The pricing was good, the philosophy and construction made sense to us, and the shipping was handled in a timely fashion

I have not had a back issue since we got this mattress nor have I slept on one as good as yours in my 62 years!

'A major purchase over the internet without trying it out'
We overcame this obstacle; it has more than met our expectations we had due to reviews on 100% natural latex mattresses. Waking up every morning with a stiff low back was our motivation...and now, due to the support, we don't wake up that way at all.
It was delivered quicker than we expected!
It has an easy assembly; just rolled it out, dropped it down and it settled right in. There was no odor and the cover can be easily unzipped and washed for maintenance.
We would recommend PlushBeds...and already have!

'If this product or company had negative reviews, I would not have purchased.'
I did my research and the research gave me very positive reviews about the company and the product. When it arrived, it fit perfectly in my sofa and everything came as described. It is a 180 degree difference from the mattress that we had before; it's comfortable and I get a lot better night's sleep. I definitely recommend it and am already considering replacing my bedroom mattress.
It's just Awesome!

'I would not have purchased this mattress'
I initially saw this mattress on a sofa but did not like the sofa. If I didn't find out I could purchase the mattress separately, I would not have it now. It has done exactly what I wanted; it fit the sofa with no problems and I do not feel the bars from the sofa due to its thickness and comfort.
It's nice to do business with a company who does what they promise
- It's unique!
I was very pleased I ordered it and it arrived as promised. I would recommend this product.

Our 10" Botanical Bliss mattress is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on! My husband and I are both side sleepers so we like a soft mattress with a little bit of support. We went with the medium and it is perfect. It cushions the hip and shoulder perfectly when laying on your side. The service at Plushbeds is top notch - they really know their mattresses and they are wonderful in helping you choose the best mattress for your sleeping patterns! This is our second mattress from Plushbeds and we will be back to buy more mattresses for the guest bedrooms! Wonderful products, wonderful company!

I couldn't be happier. My new memory foam mattress from Plushbeds is the finest I've ever owned. I am a back sleeper and like the feel of memory foam but more supportive and not a quicksand feel. This Posture Plush mattress is the perfect fit for me. It is plush but totally supportive... Ahh, the comfort... perfect! I did my homework before making this purchase. Your detail-rich website and company guarantees were the best. But most of all, your excellent customer service, with courteous phone help and emails and on-line chats while I was shopping and comparing, tipped the scales for me.

We could not be happier with our new memory foam mattress from Plushbeds. It is very comfortable and we have never slept better. We received free pillows and sheet set with our purchase but they arrived 3 days after the mattress. Customer service was wonderful in tracking this second box for us and letting us know exactly when it will arrive and they followed up to make sure we received it on that day. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

We are thrilled with our new cool bliss mattress. What a difference from our old mattress! We cannot wait to get to bed every night and feel the soft cushiony feel of this mattress, soothing every inch of our bodies. We will be back to buy one for the guest bedroom. Great company, great mattress. I have tried out many different memory foam mattresses and this one gives more support and holds its shape better than other traditional memory foam mattresses. It also feels very soft and comfortable. John the sales manager took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress.

We love our new Plushbeds Mattress! I'm not sure how you managed to make a mattress that feels soft yet gives pressure relieving support, but you did & it's amazing! John the sales manager was wonderful - very knowledgeable and patient - he really took the time to ask us questions about our sleeping patterns and weight so that he could find the perfect mattress to suit our needs.
