I have installed it for few days and so far works good. I can tel more when I run it for entire billing period. I should get free flare sealer, but never received one, no response from customer service in this case.

The leak guard packet is usually included in the sleeving that has the shipping documents. But I understand that it can be easy to miss, so we'll be mailing you some new ones right away!

try to order by phone 3 times from 330pm California time, each time put on hold in 1st position for more than 30 minutes with end up no one to answer regarding the technical bite my nails to order on line (my brother bought 2 unit and working well)

This is my third system I have purchased. This is the quietest system I have ever owned. I just added another bedroom and bath and had thought I would not need a third unit but the additional 330 sq ft needs its on unit. I have not had any problems since the first purchase in 2015. Highly recommend. I ordered the 110 so I can connect to my generator in case of hurricanes and still run the rest of my home. My neighbor just added on to his house and after being around my units decided to get two 12000btu units and replace his current system. G Wade

Bought this unit to heat and cool an office trailer. Install was a snap. The only thing my installer found was that somehow the refrigerant in the unit had leaked some and needed to be charged after installing. Super quiet and works great. Great unit, I'll buy more in the future!

I wanted a unit that didn't draw tons of watts like my whole house central air conditioning systems does and that I can personally install without having to rig up a 220V wiring ...this one uses 115V. This system fit the bill. I took my time installing it and definitely recommend ordering the 16 ft lines not the 10 ft. Also having the lines exit off the right side of the unit was a plus so that access to the connections can be at the exterior of the house rather than behind the unit. For a non wall mount you will need to use a spacer to lift the unit approx 3/4 inch to allow for the bottom drain line clearance. Also the optional line covers worked well. After using it for a week it is quiet and has good output. I hired a pro that gouged me 650 bucks to vacuum lines to the appropriate levels and shorten lines to fit....I should have asked for a estimate first so that I wouldn't have been taken advantage of....my bad. All good for cooling and heating the room and would recommend this unit for those that don't have a very large area to cool, want 115V for advanced DIY'ers.....not a beginner DIY'er.

Really like this unit. Was about $750 with accessories, plus $380 for licensed installer to put it in, compared to $2500 had I bought all from same installer. Works great. Super quiet. One nice feature it has that my older units don't have is that the temp setting lights up behind an opaque window on indoor half, about 1 inch tall numbers, when unit is on. This is a super buy.

Quiet and very effective, this unit certainly does the job! It looks great on the wall too. It has a relatively low profile. No chugging and churning noises, it runs dead quiet. Great option for our addition.

I received this system (9000 BTU 17 SEER 115 VAC) a couple weeks ago, and got it properly installed last week. I DIY all the work myself, and ended up blowing out the flare fittings I cut on the 1/4" tubing :-/ -- had to get some professionals to fix up my mess (re-cut flares and recharge r410a) but otherwise the installation went smoothly. When visiting other countries, these sort of AC units are extremely common, and I find it odd that they aren't more prevalent here in the States. The cooling and quiet are absolutely amazing compared to any other type of system often used in the US (window, wall, room--even my central system is louder and less efficient, but rather old) On top of that, I had some issues with ancillary items ordered from PioneerMiniSplit but they went and made everything right as rain. Their online chat kinda sucks, but calling and email results in prompt attention. My only problem in usage so far that I'm trying to figure out is why it's cooling more than the set point I'm requesting; but I'm sure I'll find a solution to that soon.
