The information was easy to find. We are excited for the product to arrive. We had a little difficulty tracking down our item, however, a few people persisted and helped us track our item. We have received the item and had it installed. We are very pleased with the product.

Installed in a bonus room that needed a little extra cooling. I decided to DIY after getting professional quotes for installation labor alone at ~$1600. Chose Pioneer after a lot of internet research. Very pleased with the entire experience. The purchase, the communication, fast/free delivery. The installation was labor intensive, but the documentation and instructions were exceptionally clear, accurate and well-written. I'm reasonably handy with tools and have a small amount of experience in electrical, but I was able to do the installation without much difficulty. It's been a few weeks and the product is performing great. Very quiet. Seems well built. I recommend it.

My main review pretty much covers it all. The purchase and delivery experience was fantastic and easy. The installation instructions were exceptionally well done. I was able to successfully install it as a first time DIYer. Product performance is great so far. Would purchase again.

Great product. Installed ourselves with out issue. The unit runs cold and extremely quiet. We installed it on our converted coach bus home.

I ordered online and received my unit with instruction manual in about 10 days. I got a great price on a 12,000 btu unit with a 19.5 seer. The company kept me informed during shipping then made sure I was happy with the delivery.

Great unit I installed it in my toy hauler. So quiet its hard to tell f it is running. it was super easy to install. less than 4 hours. I ran the lines, hooked the vacuum pump up and let it run. let it sit and tested for leaks. While I finished the electric no leeks so I opened the condenser valves and turned the unit on it worked perfect.

Quick ship and great service since I had to change the order to get a longer line set and the warehouse person took great care of me and made sure it was corrected before it shipped Arrives in a nice half pallet and shrink wrapped well packaged

everything was great except for delivery man. He wasn't to helpful, customer is handicapped and wheelchair bond. She asked him to please bring to back of house instead of leaving it by front door, he refused!! Needless to say it was the first time in her life that she didn't tip a delivery person.

Unit arrived in perfect condition. We installed it in about 3 hrs and it looks and works great. We are using it to cool the main room (400 sq feet) at our lake property. If you are doing yourself, don't forget to get the charging adapter and line set cover for your installation.

This is a fantastic unit for my needs. I wanted to have a cool/heated garage and this unit fits the bill. I have a two car garage that gets extremely cold in the winter and hot in the summer. I've only had a chance to use the heat pump and it keeps it warm.
