I'm 70 years old and except for hanging the indoor unit, I did it all myself. Take your time and think about everything that needs to be done. The internet is a great source for help. Very smooth and easy

Gotta have this to insure your final installer can hook up and pull a vacuum and test for leaks. This connection makes it just perfect.

so far just great,now installed and running over a week. Just in time for really hot weather here on the East Coast. This unit is a lifesaver. So quiet you can't really hear it running. The dry option really pulls the humidity out of indoor air. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase and support.

The delivery men from amazon pretty much threw it off the truck very careless as of the valuables inside the box. then they took off in there truck in a hurry because they seen I was opening it to see if there was any damages. It was banged up a bit but it still works.
