Very sturdy, easy to install and was great way to mount my compressor unit to the wall and off the ground.

I sent in an email with a question and did NOT get a response. Luckily I found the answer elsewhere but by the time I got the answer the unit I wanted was out of stock so I changed my design which cost more money so I was not happy about that. The instructions for evacuating the system needed more detail. I would suggest a video. On a positive note the packaging was great, everything is working so far. I really like the ducted unit. It's a great, professional looking alternative to the wall mounted units.

The bracket was fine but there was no hardware in the package - i had to make the rubber pads and purchase hardware to make it work.

Very happy with the unit. works as described. instructions are really lacking but enough research on youtube and you can figure it out.

Very easy ordering and tech support was very patient and very polite as I asked a lot of questions the only thing that I was disappointed with is that there is no option for flexible lines or pipe bender since I installed it myself very hard to bend copper lines that tight without kinking
