More than enough for a one story installation. Not quite enough for a two story installation. You would need to buy an additional segment. Looks nice.

Easy to purchase on-line and fairly easy to install. I am glad that Pioneer caters to do-it-yourselfers. The installation manual is pretty good although it does have a few gaps you have to figure your way around. But over all, a very good experience.

The lineset cover worked as designed. It was a VERY tight fit for just the lineset and power cable. A larger cover would be needed if you are putting the drain line inside as well.

I hate waste. I didn't need most of the pieces but it was cheaper to buy the kit rather than buy just the pieces I actually needed. Ethically its inappropriate to encourage users to buy the kit and throw perfectly good but unneeded pieces in the trash. Ideally you should be able to customize the kit. On the plus side it painted well to blend into the house color.

I sent in an email with a question and did NOT get a response. Luckily I found the answer elsewhere but by the time I got the answer the unit I wanted was out of stock so I changed my design which cost more money so I was not happy about that. The instructions for evacuating the system needed more detail. I would suggest a video. On a positive note the packaging was great, everything is working so far. I really like the ducted unit. It's a great, professional looking alternative to the wall mounted units.

Elbows need slight modification for line sets to cover correctly. Elbows and couplings will yellow over time. Paint with Fusion white spray paint.

I had concealed damage to the inside air handler. I have contact Pioneer twice and they ask for my telephone number so they could call me. So far, they have not called me. I am ready to hook this mini up, but my client wants the air handler replaced.

I have not complete the installation yet, but you have good installation literature. I've never installed one split air conditioned, but I Think I can install it succefully.

This plastic covering protects the copper tubing and wiring inside and outside, to the units.

I found installing the AC to be easier to install than I thought it would be. The only problem I had was connecting the blue and yellow gauge hoses to the single gauge. I was able to get them corrected by looking at the picture in the advertisement. The instruction pictures were for double gauges.
