A representative from Petkey called me to inform me that my dog was at a shelter. They called me before the shelter did. I had an issue with the shelter number they had given me. I called them back right away and they helped me--even remembered my first name.

I was desperate after not finding him after a few hours, I decided to pay the $20 to see if that helped. Within a few hours I got a call from Dogdays Groom & Play near my house telling me they'd found my buddy!! Best $20 I have ever spent in my life. I recommend this service 10000%

I was unable to speak to someone via the telephone. I called several times and kept being sent to voicemail. That was horrible when I was panicking from losing my fur baby. The ability to report her stolen online was a great alternative to not being able to get through on the phone.

The associate that I talked to was highly insensitive and not understanding of my needs and questions regarding my account and client status. I was forced to pay for services that I had already been guaranteed after adopting my cat, and I was denied any discounts that I was qualified to receive. I contacted the corporate office and have yet to hear a response and an apology.

Received a call from petkey giving me a lead on my dog. We searched the area where they said they saw the dog but eventually was contacted by another person who found my post on another site. That person stated she found my dog close to the same location where we were searching . Both of these leads led me to finding my dog. Thank you.
