For the first time in over 2 years of being a ONESUPPORT customer, my problem was not able to be fixed this time. I think it would be a good idea for ONESUPPORT to have a feature where a customer could request a technician that knows specific types of software programs. In this case, I needed someone familiar with FL Studio 20, but at the very least, any kind of DAW. If a representative could get back with me that is familiar with FL Studio 20 to help me clear up my issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Other than that, the technician I spoke with was professional and courteous as usual. I just wish there were more operators familiar with audio software. Thank you.

My lesson don't fiddle with the problem too long. It tends to make it worse or at least just get frustrated.

I would be lost without this service! I never grew up with all the gadgets that the kids have today. 75 years old so I appreciate all the help I can get. My computer was jacked up bad and very slow and I had a hard time doing anything and then I called one support and "BOOM" the named Michael got right to work and 2 hours or more later it was like a new computer.
My computer ran fast as lightning and now I am having fun on it again because I use my computer a lot.
