9 Times out of 10, the persons helping me are patient and courteous. There are two of the women who are very argumentative. When their names show up to assist me, I cancel the contact and wait until later.

Once again One Support came through with the fix to my problem. This time it was a Bluetooth connection that just quit working. After working on it for too long and Googling for a fix I gave up and did what I should have done to begin with, I called One Support. In no time I was back in business. I have been with One Support several years now and every experience with them has be a good one. I am still a Happy Camper!
