I like the free calibration offer and the wall mount bracket. So far, I am very impressed with NiceElectronics. If my experience ends up being as good as I expect, I will be buying a second television for my living room in a few months!

I ignored the poor reviews online and gave Nice Electronics a chance. Unfortunately, it was as bad as everyone predicted. Total "bait and switch" tactic! Two days after my order was placed I received a call warning me that the TV that I purchased had non-Samsung panel it in. To purchase the same TV with a Samsung was an additional $600 and "the one that most people want" according to the representative. Ironic that my TV was the model that was plastered on every advertisement. I told them to ship my original order...two days later I check my status to learn that my order had been canceled. No notification from Nice and they provided no reason for the cancellation. After restarting the order and calling back for 3 straight days, not until the third day (after they attempted to upsell me again) did Nice tell me that my TV was actually out of stock and no longer produced or available from any retailer that they work with. Ironically, more than two weeks has past and my exact TV with sale price is still listed front and center on the Nice Electronics website. Also, through the process I learn that Nice doesn't actually ship the tv from their "state-of-the-art warehouse in NJ". They resell through Sears and other retailers. I would be shocked if this company is not already under federal investigation!
