The website was a bit finicky. When I first went to the shopping cart the total price was not correct. I went back and updated the cart and it was good. Then it wouldn't let me proceed because it said shipping was incorrect, but there was nowhere to select shipping. Again, I went back and updated the shopping cart and it fixed it.

I think your shipping crew could use some common sense. Shipping one AC unit by full-size 18-wheeler so it has to be dropped off at the end of my drive way - LITERALLY IN THE ROAD - leaving me to haul 250+pounds of kit 300+ feet to my house is SO unacceptable. Use the right tool for the job.
