Free shipping is nice, but sales tax makes up for that. The only real problem I have is that unless I hire a licensed contractor to install my new unit, there is absolutely no warranty. When I spend thousands of dollars I worry that I may get a defective part and then it would be my responsibility to repair the new unit. This is why I fear and hesitate to buy from you. I know it is not your fault, and is the manufacturers policy to not warranty their units sold to me, but in the end I have to pay for any problems even if it was a legitimate defective part.
