Over the many years we've been at this, we've seen a number of imitators take their stabs at copying our original products and designs, but the difference in quality has always been strikingly obvious. That's because we never skimp on materials, and we never cheat on craftsmanship; every product to bear the trusted Nags Head Hammocks name is a testament to our pride in what we do.

We purchased 4 years ago and last year the backside started ripping. I noticed this year the second chair we purchased has the beginnings of a tear in the middle of the Duracord fabric as well. Everything else looks great. I do keep the chairs in the elements all summer. We are just debating to replace the chair or select something else.

After only a few Minnesota spring/summer months (got it in May of 2019, but it was packed away from Oct until May of 2020) the material has begun ripping away from the seams. Customer service will not replace or refund money. Very disappointed.
