Over the many years we've been at this, we've seen a number of imitators take their stabs at copying our original products and designs, but the difference in quality has always been strikingly obvious. That's because we never skimp on materials, and we never cheat on craftsmanship; every product to bear the trusted Nags Head Hammocks name is a testament to our pride in what we do.

Great swing stand. This is our 2nd one. Still have the first one we purchased 20 years ago. Very durable.

I loved this swing stand. It disintegrated on New Years Eve with a guest in it. We spent hours sanding and sealing it this summer. When purchasing something this expensive, you expect it to last more than 4 years.

Am not really happy with the stain on the swing stand. It is a yellowish instead of a natural color and the stain seemed to be sort of dry when applied as if to have lumps or gooey globs. It's just not a good finish. As far as design it is nice but do feel a bit over priced.

had ordered one of these cyprus stands years ago for my mother, who had gotten at least 10 good years out of it, so we felt comfortable reordering . Within 6 months, the lamination failed, same happened with its replacement, so we utilized hardware to hold the lamination. about a year later, the arm totally failed while my 79 year old mother was sitting in her swing. The next morning, the whole thing was collapsed in a rotted heap. Not nearly the same quality - I've never seen "cyprus" wood rot in that manner. Fortunately the only injury is to the reputation of Nag's Head Hammocks.

The Swing stand looks great and is easy to assemble. Should have some better protection in packaging, some small chips in legs from shipping.

Your customer service was terrible. They didn't pick up the phone most of the time and when they did they didn't fix the problem. The people at your stores however were fantastic and took personal responsibility for fixing my issues.
