I have seen & used & enjoyed your products on the OBX for years. I bought these 2 swings for a wedding gift, one is installed & being enjoyed, the other hasn't been installed yet but I'm sure it will be as soon as the weather warms. We had a very old rope swing for over 20 years; it was time for an upgrade. We loved being able to pick out the colors of the rope and pillows. Very happy with our purchase!

The only challenge in assembly was getting the chains properly lined up. The instructions could be clearer on this.

We love the swing but putting it together was almost impossible. The directions were horrible. I even called customer service and they weren't much help. I finally got it together with the the help a neighbor who was an engineer.

We purchased our swing 15 years ago for use on a small deck overlooking the tidal marshes of New Hampshire. Our favorite place at sunset is in that swing, and it reminds us of OBX each time. Holding up great, easy enough to take down and put up when needed. We love it.

Has problem with arm and vertical bar lining up correctly to install bolts. Replacement parts being sent should resolve the issue without having to return the entire hammock.

Our first swing lasted 19 years. It was outside in the Florida winter foe about 7 months/year with no special care. How can you not like that. It's so much more comfortable than the solid swings. That's why we wouldn't have bought it in the first place. We have a hammock which spends the summers outside in New Hampshire and it's doing fine as well. This is our place for this kind of product.

Our 19 year old Nags Head Hammock swing finally wore out. We didn't think twice and ordered a replacement online. Too long until our Spring trip to OBX to wait. Online order was a breeze.

We bought our first one 17 years ago after trying it on the porch of a restaurant in Buxton. It hangs in our back yard in Daytona Beach. It's outside eight months of the year and stored in the garage for four months in the summer. The ropes finally gave out on one side. Time to order another.

We originally bought our first Nags Head swing 20 years ago and are in the market for a new one. We were not good about taking it in and it sat on our front porch for the entire 20 years and still looks decent. Comfortable and durable and would definitely recommend.
