I've ordered a Brainwavz R1 Dual Dynamic earphone which blown me away from the start!!!The Shipping was amazingly fast and I'm living in Hungary which is quite far. For this price it's a bang for buck and must have for any who just started in the audiophile league. :) Couldn't ask for more and in performance it's even getting close to the bigger brand brothers like JVC FXD90 which costs twice as much if not more!!! :)

Fast shipping, great prices, perfect products. I was absolutelly surprised so I recommended my friend. He ordered headphones through me, but when it was paid, he decided not to buy them, he decided to wait for a different model which was out of stock. I wrote them (with no hope) to cancel order and refund me. Their respond was SO fast! I will definitely buy another time!

Delivery time was very poor.
I understood that the item I bought was in backorder mode, but it took much longer than expected. As net result the item did not arrive before Christmas, when it was suppose to be a present to my daughter.
When I finally realized that I had ordered an incorrect version of the item (it did not include the mic as I wanted) I contacted the customer support and requested the item to be returned. At that time I was told that I had to pay the shipment back, with tracking and insurance recommended - this would be almost as expensive as the item I bought. To make the things more complex, the packaging of the buds was all pressed out as it was sent inside an envelope. This means that the packaging is not new any longer and I doubt that the return will be accepted. With all this I decided not to return...
Unfortunately, this is one of the risks I took by ordering from China, instead of Germany and US where I normally do my internet purchases...

Delivery times in displayed at the "Shopping Cart" ahd the "How We Ship" sections may be different (eastern Europe). I get my order after 45 days so at my case the longer time frame was correct.

Read a lot about this store in the Internet, all the feedback was pretty good, but still I was a little afraid to buy there, because the store looked pretty simple and wasn't that big as most of stores I was buying in before and that's why I thought that they are not professionals and I'll have problems with them for sure. Then I decided to buy earphones there, thinking that anyway I was protected by PayPal... and I was surprised by the speed my order was processed and sent. The other good thing is that they sent orders via Singapore Post, that's why I recieved my order fast. The package was in almost excellent condition (the box with earphones wasnt damaged at all), so ordering here you can buy something for a gift. I haven't contacted them yet, but think that if I do, they will also give excellent feedback.
So, in my opinion the store provides only high quality service and I'll surely buy there earphones again and recommend them to my friends.
