On time efficient service at reasonable price.

Setting up the move with customer service was simple and fast. Dominic was patient, knowledgeable and responsive. The moving crew was efficient and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

We used Moving Ahead Services for a recent out-of-state move from Ohio to Nebraska. I am a licensed Realtor, so I deal with moving companies frequently AND our family happens to relocate quite a bit as well. We have moved internationally, interstate and cross-country many, many times and have consistently been disappointed in the services we have received. However with Moving Ahead Services - - our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. Moving Ahead Services was our best experience in terms of professionalism, communication and care for our items. Marlon and Tommy were our drivers and crew leaders, and they handled themselves in such a way that we were all sad to see them go after our four days together :) I would highly recommend Moving Ahead Services for a budget friendly move but with a white glove service attitude, and for a company who handles your family and your possessions with great care and concern.

I had Moving Ahead Service handle the local half of a move from out-of-state, and I can't say enough how quick, professional, organized, helpful and friendly they were. Leagues above your average moving crew. I will never move with anyone else again!

I used 4WeMove before it became Moving Ahead Services. Moving Ahead was prompt and courteous. The gentleman were very professional and considerate. They worked fast and efficiently. There were some hiccups, but it was nothing that the team did not correct or accommodate immediately.

I was charged more than agreed upon.very disappointed and not recommending or useing again. What happened to integrity? The young movers were polite.management lied to me.

We were very disappointed that even after an in-home estimate, the truck was too small for all our things. We had already taken a 20' rental truck load of boxes over and planned that the movers would take the rest, including the big stuff. When it wouldn't fit, they offered to come back the next day, but besides the loading/unloading time, we would have had to pay the hourly rate for the hour drive between locations again. It was much cheaper for us to rent a Uhaul and finish ourselves. It took another 20' truck and we lost a vacation day doing the rest of the move when we should have been unpacking. Also a dresser was smashed when it fell off the truck lift. I warned the mover that it was sitting barely on the edge. The mover said he knew, proceeded to hit the lift to descend when the jerk of the lift caused it to topple to the ground. After both of these problems, I would have expected an apology from the main local office but we only got this review request a week later. A simple apology would have gone a long ways.
On the positive side, the movers were pleasant and worked hard the whole time.

Darrian, Henry and Marlon were the professionals that were assigned to our service. During my career of over 40 years in the work force have I ever seen such dedicated, courteous and customer oriented individuals. They arrived on time, something you don't see very often, all three men introduced themselves with a smile, all took an overview of what was to be moved, took time to go over the moving agreement and explained any concerns, registered the time and began the laboring task of the move. They worked as a team in a way that was inspiring, no goofing around, took time to handle delicate boxes, wrapped furniture with padding and plastic wrap and handled our things as if they were eggs. They listened to our needs and requests with sincerity. The price was within the average range of the estimates I received and was true to their word. If the need every came up again I would surely use this service again.

Contacted Moving Ahead due to great service from a previous move. They were awesome. Arrived on time and moved all items flawlessly. The guys were very friendly and helpful when u asked them to do anything. Polite and nice every step of the way. I would highly recommend Movin Ahead.

We had four guys involved in moving our clothing shop contents into a storage facility. All were very courteous and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. The job was completed quicker than planned. We need to move again out of the storage space and into a new store and will be callling them again for sure.

But they did not show up nor did they called!! I had to call them and was told they could not be there until late afternoon

We used 2 trucks. Team from Columbus was great - Marlon and Jared did four-fifths of the work. Team from Cinti -- Nate, Lennie, and Jalil -- was inexperienced and mainly got in the way. Neither team had sufficient tools to do the job - they borrowed MY tools to get main bed apart, because we had lost the key. Each truck and team SHOULD have basic pliers, wrenches, and other such tools. Because Marlon was such a good team leader, and because Marlon took responsibility to get the job done, despite the inexperience of the other team, we succeeded. But it COULD have been a disaster. I am generally pleased to have gotten done in 3 hours, and I would use your moving service in the future; but it is very dependent upon the personalities and abilities of particular team members.
