I had a great experience with Moving Ahead Services. The employees were extremely efficient and professional. I was charged exactly what the original quote was there were no hidden fees. I will definitely be using this company next time I move.

Overall, our move was a very good experience. Mike and his crew were great - very helpful and very professional. We appreciate their help with everything. There was some miscommunication. When Taylor came to assess our home and belongings, we talked about packing. It was agreed upon that I would do all the packing except the kitchen, which Moving Ahead would pack. This wasn't communicated, and the kitchen wasn't packed. The moving crew did not have the supplies to do that on moving day, so we ended up having to pack and move the kitchen ourselves. Not what we expected. Other than that, the move went great.
Thanks very much for the help with our move. You helped to make it less stressful.

I would use your company again in a heart beat!! All 3 gentleman were kind and professional, quick and very efficient! I cant say enough good things about them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I used Two Men and a truck when I moved into that apartment and they dragged their feet (to run the clock up) and didn't wrap a thing. Even having not wrapped a thing, they took about three hours. Your guys wrapped everything with blankets and shrink wrap and everything was moved and in place within 2 1/2 hours.

Moving Ahead was a great alternative moving service for our cross-country move. We had to move over the Christmas holidays and had a hard time finding a service that would get our truck from point A to point B in an agreed upon timeframe. We also really appreciated the flat rate without any unforeseen additional charges. The contract was simple and the customer service was very responsive. We moved from Texas to Minnesota in January and the truck would not start the morning of our move-in... but our driver Marlon got it taken care of within 30 minutes, and kept us informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend Moving Ahead Services for reliable cross-country moves.

The two guys were very nice and worked quick and efficiently, however their unkempt appearance and overwhelming smell of cigarettes was slightly disappointing. I know I wouldn't want them in my house to leave that smell behind.

We had a great experience! From scheduling the move, to the movers pulling out of the driveway when they were done, not a single issue. We moved from Mentor to Madison, in a blizzard, in the middle of December. The guys never complained one time! They actually seemed like they were having fun. Great company, and a great experience overall.

We scheduled a few weeks in advance with a quoted plan of two trucks and 5-6 movers arriving around 9 AM. AT 8:30 I got a call that only 3 movers were available wanting to know if I still wanted the service. This changes my plans for the day from estimating being done around 5 PM to not done until 8 PM. The price came in much lower than quoted since I was only charged the hourly rate of the 3 movers. They definitely worked hard and steady. There didn't seem to be a lot of concern for details like keeping parts to furniture together. I found a couple of legs to my couch in the yard next to where the truck parked the next day. I didn't find the rest of the legs that were taken off to fit through a doorway. I rated the overall move as a 3, average. There were a few minor scratches on a couple of pieces of furniture, which he was willing to compensate me for at a fair price. I was satisfied overall, but not impressed. I've never used professional movers before so wasn't sure what to expect.

Moving Ahead Services has been great to work with! During the move we had damages to the glass in our end tables. They called us before we could and arranged to have the glass replaced for us, which was great as I have been traveling a lot lately for work. When it was ready they called and brought our damaged items back home-good as new. Would definitely recommend using this company to our family and friends.

Moving Ahead is a very professional moving company. My family and I have used there services before each time we have been very satisfied. We have recommended them and again we all have been very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company for your moving services. Henry and Robert work together great.
