This sweater is extremely soft. The material is quite thin, which works for winters in the South. It is comfortable, has a nice drape, and I like it. It is oversized, so if you don't want a loose, flowy fit, you could probably size down. The price seems high for the garment.

Some of the items have no product details. For instance, I am buying a sweater and I have no idea what the material content is, what the overall length is, etc. Odd and not ideal. Also, for some items, when you click on the color image, the images of the item from front, back, lifestyle view, etc. are no longer visible. Just b/c I'm leaning toward a color, doesn't mean I no longer want to see the other images of the item to help me decide. Lastly, it is very difficult to access the "View cart" link if you have more than three items in your shopping bag. When scrolling down to access the link to review my shopping bag, the link would appear for a split second, and then only the larger page behind the shopping bag would scroll down -- not the shopping bag itself. I often put things in a shopping bag and then whittle the items down before purchasing, so being able to review the bag easily is paramount to a decent shopping experience. One more thing re your retuns policy: I would have purchased two winter coats today with the intent to keep at least one, possibly both. However, not being able to return a coat if it doesn't fit well -- even if it's on sale -- is ridiculous for online shopping. I understand that practice if you're in store and have the opportunity to try it on, but for online shopping... unacceptable.
