The company you referred me to (Max Lend) are crooks. The rep told me the balance due to pay in full today but when I called they said I would have to pay extra because they had already set me up for just the minimum payment and they can't process the full payment until Monday. Absolute crooks...I'll be filing BBB complaints.

I told them that I seen the commercial about good credit or bad credit was welcomed and they responded with no answer and when I asked why I was denied I didn't get a answer I gave all the right answers but then they said that I could be homeless is all they now you all need to stop advitiseing for nothing all I wanted was money I would've payed it back plus they were very rude

Easy process, but not long on the explanations. I had to call back and confirm with a rep who seemed to talk to me as if I were a little stupid, that I only wanted to borrow a much lesser amount than I was approved for and wanted to know exactly what it would cost for me to repay the total amount on my first payday - that what I wanted and needed was a true, small, payday loan and nothing more. She was very exasperated with me, told me to read the documentation sent me (which I had, but I hadn't scoured it!) and that I would see that I did not have to pay back in the years-long monthly installments that were presented me, but that for a $300 loan, I could repay $390 (which is still exorbitant, but I have an emergency) on payday and all would be well. She wasn't nice about it, though.

I only applied on line and after getting bounced around from site to site I was still turned down.

Lender was horrible. Lack of professionalism. Ungodly interest and honestly I'm afraid they are just a scam to steel identities.

I was searching for an honest loan. However, for those of us who have bad credit, and trying to get better, we only get referred to pay day loan lenders, who are just as bad as mafia loan sharks. Such business practices are disgraceful. If we took such loans, we would only dig ourselves deeper in the hole. I declined a pay day loan lender. You guys were no help. I was searching for a genuine lender who did not try to break me.

I have received many emails stated that your company can help me. I have submitted many applications and you keep stating decline. I am need of funds because of the death of my 30 year old daughter. I did not have life insurance so I had to use all of my savings to pay for expenses for her.

I called to get an advance and after filling out the information, the lady (I didn't get her name and she did not give it to me) simply said you didn't get it. I asked if I could apply for a lower amount, and she said you didn't get it so don't bother. It was very upsetting

I am truly happy with the help your company supplied me with, all loans have high interest rates but the fact I got help in the immediate time frame was a blessing

You all make it appear as if you have a loan and then take me to several other lenders-no one wants to deal with that-either take me to a lender or just say no one is available.
