Received products ordered from TV ad not knowing this supposed trial was not a complete purchase. The packing slip showed further payments x3 of $39.99. I immediately requested a Return Authorization and shipped it back the next day at my own expense, insured. The USPS tracking of the return shows they received my return on January 9th, 2020. So far, I have heard nothing on the status of my refund. If the TV ad had indicated the REAL price, I'd never have ordered this product. Sneaky way to trap people into an ongoing obligation hiding behind a 30day trial at $19.99! Beware.
