It was easy!
Although it was easy to order I ended up returning the product. Wasn't as easy to use as I expected and I wasn't willing to continue to pay for something I wouldn't use.

Received everything that was promised and arrived faster then expected.
However I don't use make up on a regular basis so called Customer Service and Modified delivery dates. The Customer Service Representative was very nice and made the adjustment without any high pressure tactics.

Wasn't sure when to click on the first link asking me to pick my package. This was very confusing. The product packaging is very nice. The mascara is not very good; weird brush, light coverage, having to put on 3-4 apps of yours vs my old store brand. The lipstick doesn't last very long either. As far as the makeup and device... AMAZING!!! At 50 years of age, I have never been able to achieve the look I have always wanted. You made it happen. First time use was last night for an awards dinner. Everyone was complimenting my makeup! I told everyone who asked how great the product is. You have me for life!!!

Very fast and easy. And the terms of what is going to be charged is clear...3 payments with satisfaction and NO on going shipments. So far, so good... but now that I have rec'd my order and read the small print you do start getting automatic shipments. I called to cancel those as I do not go out very often, therefore will not be using as much as most people that wear makeup on a daily basis and prefer to order things when I need them BUT the rep offered shipments every 4 months instead of every 2 so I went with that for now.

I have been looking for some kind of makeup that won't cake up in laugh wrinkles or upper lip wrinkles...hoping this it is. I wrote that statement when I placed my order. I have tried 2x since receiving...I like the look and feel but need to watch a tutorial and get tips to applying.
