I had a problem loading the drivers but eventually my computer recognized the problem and resolved it. The microscope is amazing. I will probably order a more powerful one in the future but for the time being this one will keep me busy.

I would make the drivers and software available online. My computer does not have an optical drive so I had to connect one through a USB port which meant that I had to unplug my keyboard and then plug it back in to finish the install. The install would have been much simpler if I could have downloaded the drivers and application from your website.
