Everything was satisfactory....only thing there was no squeegee with my order or instructions.

Printing and shipping took a long time.
The color was not even and looked like it was printed on an inkjet printer. Had lines.

When i removed the cover sheet the letters stuck to the paper and tore the graphics in half.

Ordered a two-color vinyl lettering for an accounting firm, and the font and vector logo turned out really nice. One of the phone number digits arrived slightly creased before being put on the backing and into the the FedEx shipping tube, and that crease that appears on the glass. But overall, the accounting business is still happy with the product.

Other than the letters being scraped off of one side of mt boat due to a bad storm that is no fault of anyone but the storm, I am very happy with my lettering. I will have to replace these letters soon and I will do so with them again. Very nice people.

The site is great, the lettering is only ok. A few letters were not well attached to the application sheet, etc.

This was my second order from this company. The product was excellent. The cost of shipping was high when compared to other companies shipping similar products. I had special art work done, it was satisfactory but the cost was high in my opinion. I would use them again, but try to avoid custom art work.

I ordered the wrong font for my brother's boat, oops! So I called in and asked for it to be changed - the sales rep pulled my order up quickly and happily fixed it for me. It was just really easy to make the change and I enjoyed talking with the sales rep! She was very nice. Overall it was a great experience - thank you so much for making my error seem like no big deal.
