It would have been nice to have the backing paper cut square. That would have made it a lot easier to line up during the installation. But the product is great and has held up to a couple of car washes.

Very good quality graphics, a little tricky to install but found a good you tube video

I have ordered from this company a couple of times and have been very pleased with the service.

Quality and delivery was excellent. The only suggestion I have would be to apply a "peel-off" sheet on the front as well on the installation side. This would help tremendously in keeping the application wrinkle free. I found my 36"X19" sign difficult to apply by myself with the "peel-off" sheet only on the back or installation side. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with your product and have received many compliments on how professional it looks.

I experienced problems installing my boat registration letters, the wind blew the graphic onto itself and I could not separate the graphic. I asked for a new graphic and they sent me a new one for free, just charging me for shipping.

It is easier to do the letters already made up, and to chose the colors that you want. It,s hard to find different colors, and to try to spaced the letters. Lots of folks asked about the letters, so I told them about you guys.

Consider shipping methods that are less expensive such as usps?

We really liked the way this website was set up for trying out different fonts, shadows and colors against the background color of our boat. Ordering was easy, the lettering arrived quickly and, after watching the video, application went really well. Great experience.

The design process was easy and versatile and went smoothly as did the ordering. The order was received timely and as ordered. The lettering was about 3 feet long and was gently folded in a large envelope. The folds created a slight bubble in the lettering which was somewhat difficult to smooth out without causing a wrinkle.

I was not able to use the letters I ordered. It wasn't your fault. I had no idea what I was ordering or the size of the letters to be used. Although you you had i believe good instructions I could not visualize what I needed and as a result the letters were not usable.

They were incredibly helpful. I had to call multiple times for questions (not due to their website, just unfamiliarity with ordering this type of product and it being a special order) and they were fantastic.
