Kids Glasses with a Purpose.
The company was founded by Ben and Laura Harrison and inspired by the birth of their son, Jonas Paul. Jonas was born with a rare disorder, Peter’s Anomaly, that caused opacified corneas and glaucoma. Jonas Paul now has low vision thanks to 21 surgeries and the dedication of his loving parents. As Ben and Laura searched for fashionable eyeglasses for their son, they grew increasingly frustrated at the limited options for children. Ben and Laura decided to leave their careers to launch Jonas Paul with the mission of helping children feel beautiful in their glasses and providing sight to children in need with every purchase.
Since its founding in 2013, the company has been featured on NBC Nightly News, Sunday Today with Willie Geist, The Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, Harvard Business Review and other publications, and has garnered numerous awards for its social responsibility and design.
Jonas Paul’s refined, sophisticated look empowers children to feel confident and parents to be socially responsible with their eyewear purchases. The Harrison’s are thankful that they have been given the opportunity to make a broad social impact while, at the same time, helping kids all over the world look incredibly dapper.

Love the design. Will need to get frames fitted to temples. Not a problem to do.

I'm a fan of Jonas Paul so far. I love that you have try on kits, your story, etc. All of the frame choices are great. My daughter loves her glasses and I am very hopeful (based on their quality) that they last a long time!

Repeat customer. Love the glasses

Great, except for crazy shipping costs to Canada--that is my only issue.

Great prices, excellent service and beautiful glasses brought me back to get replacement frames for my son after he lost his first Jonas Paul eyeglasses.

Everything was good, except that I would like to provide prescription at the time of check out, not afterwards in an email. That would make me feel more confident and secure about my order. Thanks.

When my son lost his glasses in the lake I worried it would be weeks before he could get them replaced BUT Jonas Paul promptly shipped another pair even honoring a ten dollar coupon code that I forgot to enter the first time I ordered. The process was painless and affordable.

I really can't answer the last question, since it depends on the product received.

This is our second pair of glasses. Love the first pair, getting a second as I wanted a back up with him starting school. We get lots of compliments and I love that they look like "real" glasses. He wanted his glasses to look just like his dad's and these were perfect.

We loved the ease of shopping and trying on the frames. Our 7 year old absolutely loves his glasses and tells everyone how great they are. We love how easy it is to adjust the ear pieces as that is something that always seemed to bother him with other glasses.

Awesome service!!!

It didn't ask for my daughters prescription

After ordering a home kit, the process wasn't smooth. The name of the frames weren't on them and the frame number wasn't on the site. The customer service was quick to respond but I didn't find the process user friendly at all. I shop daily on Amazon and that is super easy!
Why Trust Verified Reviews?
Verified Reviews are real, authentic reviews collected from actual paying customers, using Shopper Approved's Verified Review Platform. When reviews are Verified by Shopper Approved, you know that you can trust them to make better buying decisions.
Unverified Reviews on the other hand, are reviews collected by Open Review platforms that allow anyone to leave a review, without any validation or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, most reviews you read online are Unverified Reviews, and can't be trusted.
As a consumer, here's how you can tell the difference:
Verified Reviews from Verified Review Platforms like Shopper Approved, have much higher review counts and higher overall Star ratings, because they attempt to collect reviews from every single paying customer.
Unverified Reviews from Open Review Platforms, tend to have much lower review counts and more negative Star ratings, because people with bad experiences are primarily those who leave reviews. This often creates a misleading, inaccurate portrayal of a companies true reputation.
So, when searching for Verified Reviews, look for the name you know you can trust. Shopper Approved.
