Thank you for the Visa and for to giving me a 40 % less on the service.
I really found the price way over the top, and I also felt frustrated that deceived by the fact that you announce one price and once one goes to pay you add something else.
This is not very nice, I understand that you want to get money but this is not a very decent way to do it.
The service is way over priced, I ended up paying 70 dollars more than if I had gone to the city and gotten the Visa here, overpaying for the service will make me think many times over before I buy your service again.

The services provided were very timely and professional: the copy of my passport was of a bad quality and they asked for another copy with no time.
All stages of work flow were very transparent - receipt, check up, missing information receipt, application sent to the Embassy, waiting time.
Very appreciate the human touch - no automated emails (exept for the acceptance of the initial application).
